12 Protection of Minors

The maxxwin Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. maxxwin does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
