Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with maxxwin. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. maxxwin employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

You must notify maxxwin immediately of any changes to your personal details, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, or telephone number. maxxwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, and withdrawals made using your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify maxxwin immediately via email at [email protected].
maxxwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and the maximum deposit amount per transaction is ₱50,000, subject to change at maxxwin's discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. maxxwin reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the reversal of deposits and closure of your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any required identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If this is not feasible, maxxwin will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.
maxxwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be declined if wagering requirements associated with any bonus have not been met, if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or if the account has not been fully verified.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts are void. maxxwin will investigate any reported malfunction and, where appropriate, credit affected players with the value of any voided wagers. maxxwin's decision in relation to any game malfunction is final.
Players must not use any automated software, bots, or other tools designed to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage. Any player found to be using such tools will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
